It’s a lot harder for the press to hand-wave away the President’s election claims when he declassified and published the evidence that backs them up.
The ‘news’ no longer stands as a gatekeeper between the public and their interest in knowing what’s happening in the government that claims to be accountable to them. We are free to click the link and see for ourselves.
Those ‘receipts’ came with a short (by his standards) public message explaining exactly how compromised and vulnerable to exploitation and foreign manipulation our system has actually become. It turns out that the same people who told us that the Laptop from Hell was ‘Russian Disinformation’, the Coronavirus was NOT from a lab leak in Wuhan, or that the vaccine was safe and would stop the spread may not have been entirely correct in telling us that 2020 was ‘the most secure election’.
And once again, Chuck Schumer’s threat about the Intelligence Community having ‘six ways past Sunday’ of getting back at someone rings true. To say they went rogue is to undersell it.
The first few minutes were taken as a victory lap, recapping some of the economic and policy wins the country has seen under his tenure, including the biggest drop in inflation since the Pandemic shut everything down, where real earnings are once again outpacing inflation. But what he really wanted to talk about was the information that his is now making public.
At the 21:00 mark of the White House recording he launched into his big reveal. The vulnerabilities of America’s election system to malign foreign actors.
The White House Government Transparency Task Force has gathered, confirmed and released this information, in conjunction with the heads of various intelligence agencies personally reviewing and signing off on the validity of what is claimed.
First set of documents:
Starting in 2020, China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history — over 220 million American voters’ data was compromised, with China assigning a data exploitation unit to the information they acquired. As the name implies, they would, and did, exploit that information to their advantage.
Second set of documents:
Intelligence deep-state actors actively suppressed the discovery of Chinese meddling in US elections and the compromise of tens of millions of users data — explicitly keeping it from being included, as an example, in the Presidential Daily Brief.
China was actively enlisting critics of Trump to turn up the pressure and opposition, working to influence 2018 midterms and 2020 federal elections. China tried to leverage influence with large companies to amp up negative public opinion against Trump, giving large financial rewards to journos who had spoken negatively about Trump’s presidency.
China attempted to make raw ballots for Joe Biden in 2020. This information was deliberately left out of the Presidential Daily Brief. A CIA official wrote that she was running a ‘shadow government’ to make sure that China’s attempts to meddle in 2020 would not become known to President Trump or honest journos.
Third set of documents
Our digital voter system is vulnerable to exploitation, not only our voter rolls and poll books, but the voting machines themselves have dangerous known vulnerabilities to exploitation, and have been used in past elections, like the 2020 Maduro election. (Those of us who asked such questions back in the day will not be holding our breath waiting for an apology.)
Fourth set of documents
Election fraud examples that were discovered have been buried or covered up, including a specific case in Michigan, 2020 where state police discovered a large-scale voter registration operation in Muskegon, where canvassers admitted to signing bogus voter registration, or signing in someone else’s name because they were incentivized with cash rewards for the number of people they signed up.
Finally — the bogus voters
Hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people on the voter rolls.
The solution would be simple:
– Photo voter Id
– Proof of citizenship
– Limited use of mail in ballots to specific categories of people
Ultimately — pass the SAVE America act.
