The old saw is that conservatives are the party of fiscal responsibility, and libs are the party of compassion and morality. You don’t have look very far to show that their ‘compassion’ schtick is nothing but smoke and mirrors. And don’t even get us started about the fiscal responsibility side.
That story about a 5yo child of an illegal immigrant abandoned when his dad tried to run away from ICE was a story that Dems used as a cudgel for months. (For all their bluster judge heard their claims and ruled they had to go home to Ecuador.)
In Trump’s first term, ‘kids in cages’ photos taken during the Biden admin ignites a political firestorm that was further inflamed by a Time Magazine story with a crying child for which they later made a retraction. (That kid was NOT separated from parents, but by then, the political damage was already done.)
But what have you heard about the hundreds of thousands of immigrant children LOST under the Biden regime, many of whom wound up in the clutches of sex traffickers and child labor exploiters? Even the New York Times was forced to report on some 80,000 of those missing kids.
Which Sunday News show has ever called out Biden, Kamala, Mayorkas or their deputies about more several hundred thousands children come of whom were molested as many as 600 times or more?
RAPED… Six. Hundred. Times.
Or more.
Trump’s team turned their attention to finding them right from Day One. Biden’s people didn’t even acknowledge they existed. For them, it was just collateral damage of the MAIN goal of unfettered illegal immigration for — whichever of the various corrupt reasons that might might motivate such an immoral policy.
And GUESS which agencies are the ones behind locating and recovering all those missing children?
The VERY same ones Democrats have fought so hard to defund. Homeland Security, and ICE.

Democrats love to tell the world they have the moral high ground on — whichever issue they happen to be bleating about at the time. In this one, they not only FAILED to claim the moral high ground, they somehow managed to stake out the most morally MONSTEROUS low ground on not just one aspect of this story, but both of them.
They were silent about the loss of these children when not only conservatives, but even their beloved New York Times were busily trying to sound the alarm. Worse than that, they shut down government 3 times, with a specific goal of blocking funding of the agency most responsible for rescuing these children from the monsters who had been exploiting them.
That includes Ro Kahnna and his performative angst over the Epstein files. Remember THIS NBC headline/subhead?
