When you strike at a king, you must kill him.”―
Anyone who ever had to fight the IRS knows who the King is. The IRS has all the power and can fine or throw someone in jail on a whim.
President Biden’s son. Hunter has attempted to kill the King. Hunter is suing his father’s IRS for sharing his tax information with Congress to provide backup to the charges that he is a crook.
Per the Washington Post:
President Biden’s son Hunter filed a lawsuit Monday against the Internal Revenue Service, saying that when agents investigating him told Congress and news reporters about their concerns that the case was not being managed properly, they violated his privacy rights as a taxpayer.
The lawsuit comes as the younger Biden faces criminal charges and escalating legal battles, a failed plea deal and a nearly five-year investigation into his finances, taxes and a gun purchase.
Biden charges in the lawsuit that when IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley and another agent went to Congress and news organizations complaining of alleged mishandling of the investigation by Justice Department officials, they disclosed information about the probe and about Biden’s taxes, that the law aims to keep secret
Am I the only one thinking this is a setup trying to distract the IRS and the oversight committee as they find additional wrongdoing by Hunter and close in on his Presidential father?
WSJ added: Hunter’s lawyers claimed, “Hunter Biden’s legal team said the IRS agents and their attorneys had “willfully disregarded federal tax law, undermining Americans’ faith in the IRS and the purported confidentiality of its investigations.”
Faith in the IRS? Ask anyone who has been abused by the IRS because they disagreed with a President’s policies? Remember the Obama administration? The IRS is easily manipulated by any President who does not believe in individual rights. Most of those come from the left.
As usual, the Democrats are making a stink about the GOP doing something they did:
Former President Donald Trump’s tax returns from 2015 through 2020 have been made public by the Democratic-controlled House Ways and Means Committee — concluding a years-long political battle by Democrats to obtain and share the documents.
The committee released the tax returns Friday morning on its website and provided no new additional information or statements.
Hunter’s attorneys are also trying to scare away whistleblowers. They claim the whistleblowing agents “targeted and sought to embarrass Mr. Biden.”
Come on, guys, everyone knows that no one embarrasses Mr. Biden more than Mr. Biden embarrasses himself.
The whistleblower protections the agents seek don’t include sharing confidential information in press interviews and testimony before Congress. In other words, if you know some truth, shut up, or you will be sued.
The tax charges have yet to be filed. The only charges against the former crack user are federal firearms charges.
The purpose of the lawsuit has nothing to do with Hunter. It is to warn Congress and any potential whistleblowers to stay away from Joe Biden.
