Joe Biden claims he is a vital, peppy, spry, action man. But apparently, he needs an awful lot of rest. In fact, he spent 40 percent of 2022 on vacation in Delaware or Camp David.
I guess if I were making millions from others in my role as “the big guy,” I might take it easy at my favorite vacation spots most of the time, too.
According to data tracked by the Daily Caller:
A Daily Caller analysis of Biden’s 2022 public schedule shows that the president spent 92 days or partial days at one of his Delaware properties, and 32 days or partial days at Camp David.
Biden also vacationed seven days in South Carolina, five days in Nantucket, and five days in the U.S. Virgin Islands, bringing his total getaway days to a total of 141, or 38.6% of his first full calendar year.
According to the records, Biden has spent more time away from the White House and hidden away at his favorite vacation spots than any other president in U.S. history.
The left used to slam Trump for his time away from the White House. But Biden passed up Trump’s four years of trips in October.
Biden has also reportedly stiffed his vacay hosts, too.
Biden has a history of not paying for the luxurious properties he vacations at. He spent a week in August vacationing with his family in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, while staying at Democratic donor Maria Allwin’s $20 million mansion, the New York Post reported.
In Nantucket, Massachusetts, Biden stayed in private-equity billionaire David Rubenstein’s $20 million property, the outlet reported.
In the Virgin Islands, the president stayed with at the St. Croix villa of Bill and Connie Neville, wealthy donors who were invited to the State Dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron, according to the New York Post.
Biden did not pay for his and first lady Jill Biden’s stay at the lush property fit with an in-ground pool, the outlet reported.
Really, now. Is anyone surprised at this?
